We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state of Utah! We are hiring a new Bakery Supervisor. Come join our young fun start-up as a Bakery Supervisor and go home smelling like cookies!! This amazing opportunity for Supervisor includes helping oversee daily operations in our Murray location. This is a part-time position working 3-5 days a week. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturday (CLOSED Sundays.) Some opens and some closes. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Must be 18+ years old.
Minimum Qualifications:
โ€ข High School Diploma/ GED
โ€ข Supervisor/Shift Lead experience 2 years required
โ€ข Previous manager on duty/shift lead experience preferred in the food industry
โ€ข Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers
โ€ข Strong Customer service skills
โ€ข Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable
โ€ข Basic experience with Microsoft suite
