JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Marketing Strategist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of IABA's marketing, outreach, and growth strategies to increase community awareness, strengthen referral partnerships, and support sustainable client growth across all clinic locations. This role provides strategic direction and oversight to the Marketing & Outreach Coordinator, ensuring outreach initiatives, community engagement efforts, events, and marketing activities align with organizational goals and brand standards. The Marketing Strategist collaborates with leadership and interdisciplinary teams. This position supports IABA's mission, enhances community presence, and drives organizational growth while ensuring a consistent representation of the organization across all external partnerships and engagement activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Own IABA's marketing strategy, campaign planning, messaging, content priorities & calendar, growth initiatives, and marketing goals.
  • Develop marketing roadmaps, including researching and developing referral pipelines.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, funnels, email marketing, SEO priorities, provide website recommendations, and paid advertising recommendations.
  • Guides marketing strategy based on clinic KPIs and sets monthly marketing goals and content priorities.
  • Meet bi-weekly with HR Recruiter and Marketing Assistant to review scheduled content for parts 1 & 2, to collaborate and support the creative direction.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
  • Review marketing performance, conversion data, and client pipeline metrics to identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
  • Provide direction and support to the Marketing Assistant and collaborate with leadership, intake, and clinical teams to support business goals.
  • Supports marketing efforts by distributing flyers and building relationships with community partners through both in-person and virtual outreach.
  • Responds to Google reviews, both positive and negative.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Must have a Bachelor's in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Marketing related experience
  • Experience with developing marketing strategy based on business KPIs
  • Self-sufficient with ability to self direct
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail
