Description:

Bartenders at Westmoor Country Club provide exemplary beverage service to our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.


Part-time (20 to 25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.


Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare beverage orders on a timely basis
  • Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
  • Working knowledge of menus and point-of-sale system
  • Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
  • Ensure member charges are accurate
  • Assist with setting up and stocking bars, washing barware, receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain bar areas


Requirements:
  • Active bartending license for the City of Brookfield
  • Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting
