Job description

Weekend Operations Support โ€“ Warehouse & Field Delivery
Raleigh, NC
$20+/hr | Part-Time | Consistent 4-Day Schedule (Friโ€“Mon)
Want Your Weekdays Back? This Role Is Built for That.
Most part-time jobs give you random hours, inconsistent schedules, and zero stability.
This isnโ€™t that.
At Blantonโ€™s, this role is designed for people who want something different:
  • Work 4 consistent days
  • Have Tuesdayโ€“Thursday off every week
  • Be part of a team that actually depends on you
Whether youโ€™re balancing a side hustle, looking for a foot in the door to the trades, or just tired of the standard 5-day grindโ€”this schedule works for you, not against you.
Available Schedules (Pick Your Lane)
Friday โ€“ Monday (Set Schedule):
  • Morning: 7:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 PM
  • Late Afternoon: 3:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 PM
No rotating shifts. No guessing your hours. Same schedule every week.
Why This Role Matters
This isnโ€™t just โ€œwarehouse work.โ€
You are the connection between our warehouse and the field โ€” making sure technicians have exactly what they need to serve customers at a high level.
If you do this job well, jobs get done faster, smoother, and better.
Thatโ€™s real impact.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Deliver materials and parts to job sites efficiently and accurately
  • Support warehouse operations (inventory, staging, organization)
  • Communicate with technicians and team members throughout the day
  • Verify materials before delivery to ensure job readiness
  • Return unused materials and keep jobs flowing smoothly

Who This Is Perfect For
This role is a strong fit if you:
Want weekdays off consistently
Are coming from delivery driving (Amazon, FedEx, DoorDash, etc.)
Have warehouse or hands-on experience
Are looking to break into HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades
  • Prefer a structured, predictable schedule over random part-time hours
Great entry point into skilled trades careers โ€” many of our team members started in support roles like this.
What It Takes
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean 3-year driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in warehouse conditions
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in doing things right

  • Always Growing

Itโ€™s:
  • A consistent schedule
  • A reliable team
  • A foot in the door to a long-term career (if you want it)
