About the Role:

The Registered Nurse Consultant provides clinical expertise, patient navigation support, staff training, and program oversight to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. This role collaborates with leadership, staff, and funders to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and successful achievement of program goals and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BSN preferred; equivalent clinical experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in care coordination, patient navigation, staff training, or program management preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical consultation and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Support patient navigation and care coordination efforts.
  • Train and educate internal staff on clinical best practices and program requirements.
  • Participate in meetings with funders, leadership, and staff to provide updates and clinical guidance.
  • Supervise staff performance and monitor program deliverables.
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
