Now Hiring: Seasonal Part-Time Warehouse Associate / Sprinter Van Driver
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Associate / Sprinter Van Driver to join our team. This position is split between warehouse responsibilities and local deliveries, with approximately 50% of your time driving a company Sprinter van.
The purpose of the Warehouse Associate Driver is to deliver product in a safe and timely manner and perform a variety of warehouse tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately to ensure customer service excellence.
Schedule
  • Part-time: 3-4 days per week
  • Some Saturday morning shifts are required
  • Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and organize orders in the warehouse
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Drive a company Sprinter van for local deliveries
  • Hand off and deliver products directly to customers in a professional manner
  • Verify deliveries and obtain signatures when required
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferred
• Must be 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies
• Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle and must be comfortable loading, unloading, and hand-delivering products

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $20.00 to $24.42 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
