Ripple Distribution, LLC., an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking reliable, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as delivery drivers. Our DSP is independently owned and partners with Amazon to ensure timely and efficient package deliveries. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description

We offer flexible schedules. Full-time, part-time and weekend positions available. Operations run 7 days a week with one weekend day availability required.

All shifts are typically 10 hours per day.

Starting pay is $20.75 per hour and weekly bonuses are available! Up to $21.75 per hour! Overtime pay and paid training included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time in a fast paced environment
  • Safely driving company vehicle (sprinter type van, extended step van) NO CDL REQUIRED! Box truck driving experience helpful. Drive safely and drive in all weather conditions
  • Climb up & down stairs as required
  • Get In & Out of vehicle 200+ times a day and walking quickly. This is a physically intense job because of all the walking and getting in and out of the van
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
  • Load and unload products from company vehicles
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations and have a good driving record
  • Operate smartphone to record shipping and package information
  • Maintain good work habits, including reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures

You must meet the following job requirements listed below in order to be qualified to work as a driver:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to read and speak English
  • Must be flexible with work schedule including 1 weekend day minimum - due to business needs
  • Must consent to take pre-employment drug test

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs during a 10+ hour work shift
  • Must be able to handle a stressful workload and driving demands
  • Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10+ hour work shift
  • Ability to safely operate and navigate a 10,000 Pound van.
  • Ability to effectively operate a GPS

We provide all the equipment and resources needed to perform all job functions and deliveries daily including Company vans, GPS Devices, uniforms, hats, shoes, safety equipment and training
