WHAT OUR SENIOR MECHANICS DO:

A Senior Mechanic is responsible for fixing and maintaining automatic pin spotters, scoring equipment, lanes, building, and all other bowling center equipment to keep everything working well.

The Senior Mechanic repairs and maintains all building systems ensuring they are at the highest level of operating proficiency.

A SENIOR MECHANIC’S DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Maintains pin spotter/setter and other bowling equipment to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Monitors and maintains clean, high-scoring, and consistent lane conditions for USBC specifications.
  • Monitors and performs daily center maintenance on HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Cleans repairs and adjusts foul lights and other bowling equipment. Follows the preventive maintenance program for all center equipment.
  • Manages day-to-day assignments and duties for Mechanic and Assistant Mechanics
  • Trains Mechanics and Assistant Mechanics to the standards set out in the Lucky Strike Etertainment Mechanic training programs
  • Abides by and follows safety procedures and operation procedures.
  • Ensures that shop and machine areas are always clean and organized.

WHAT IT TAKES

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with algebra, geometry, and/or applied mathematics
  • Three to five years of related experience in the Mechanical Field
  • Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
  • Excellent Communication Skills with employees, Management and customers
  • Senior Mechanics must be able to read, analyze, and interpret common technical manuals and schematic
