Position Highlights
  • Department: Lab Shoreline - Outpatient Center
  • Hours: 25 hours per week / Part-Time Benefits Eligible
  • Shift: Shift 1, Days

Position Summary:
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting and processing specimens for laboratory analysis. The Phlebotomist must have good communication skills and maintain a thorough knowledge of laboratory test requirements and departmental policies. Responsibilities include adult and pediatric venipuncture, EKG's, order entry, and specimen processing.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certificate or 1 years' experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous phlebotomy experience with all age groups
