You will be responsible for mastering our proven sales approach, consistently achieving membership sales targets and performing daily job responsibilities. Our certified specialists provide massage, facial and waxing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressive Membership Sales: Proactively engage with clients to promote and sell our membership programs, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Sales Mastery: Master and implement our provided sales methodology to effectively close membership sales. Highly motivated and self driven to excel.
  • Training: Successfully complete and graduate from the one week training program. Learn all job and services related protocols and polices.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve a minimum membership sales conversion rate of 35%, with a drive to exceed the standard target of 40%.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their individual needs.
  • Product & Service Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all spa services and product lines to effectively recommend and sell appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to identify client needs and recommend the best membership options.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the membership sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement, optimize sales strategies and higher client retention.
  • Client Engagement: Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing, company social media tools and promotional activities.
  • Spa Operations Support: Assist with reception duties, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment.Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional Representation: Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, representing the spa's brand and values.

Qualifications:
