Seeking Staffing Coordinator!Part-time (32 hours biweekly), 8 hours/2 shifts a week, 2:30p-11:00p, rotates every 3rdweekend Baptist Health Floyd, Staffing OfficeSouthern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency. This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. The Staffing Coordinator serves as a central communication resource for staffing operations in a 24/7 healthcare environment.

Position/Opportunity Highlights:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Associate's degree Preferred

  • Two (2) years experience

  • Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred; Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred; Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.
