Required Qualifications
D.O./M.D. degree and Board Certification in Family Medicine and OMM; and *able to be licensed in Florida by the Florida Board of Osteopathic Examination/Florida Medical State Board. *minimum of 5 years experience in clinical/academic medicine teaching and leadership. Academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience
