Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Accept and process cash, checks, and credit card payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts and reconcile payments using the dealership management system.
  • Scan and organize dealership paperwork and records.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
  • Assist customers with questions and ensure a positive dealership experience.
  • Support managers and office staff with filing and other administrative projects during slower periods.
  • Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient cashier office.
Qualifications
  • Previous cashier, customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.
  • Ability to work the required evening schedule and alternating Saturdays.
