Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Associate (Part Time)

ZenTrades is an AI-powered CRM-ERP solution for commercial trades businesses, offering a configurable software experience to streamline workflow management. Our mission is to digitize the blue-collar trades businesses in North America and Canada by replacing tedious paper-based processes, ultimately boosting productivity. Funded by some of the top-tier VC firms in the US market, ZenTrades is consistently growing ~20% MoM in the Fire Protection industry, their current focus vertical. As we continue to succeed, we envision becoming the ultimate system of records that captures the entire $15B opportunity in the commercial trades industry.

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic go-getters with a passion for building relationships and a knack for captivating an audience. This is your chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing startup with proven market demand and a growing Sales Team!

In this exciting role, you'll be a Trade Show Specialist, playing a vital role in representing ZenTrades at industry events. You'll be responsible for setting the stage for success by:

  • Setting up the ZenTrades booth, ensuring a professional and inviting presentation that grabs attention.

  • Connecting with potential customers, showcasing ZenTrades' value proposition, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and clarity.

  • Building strong relationships with attendees, generating leads, and following up after the event to nurture those connections.

Beyond the trade show floor, you'll also contribute to our overall sales success by:

  • Demonstrating a fundamental understanding of ZenTrade's technology and clearly articulating its capabilities and advantages to prospective customers.

  • Prospecting into small and mid-sized field service companies internationally via cold calling, networking, email, and utilizing internet information sources to build and maintain a strong database and pipeline.

  • Penetrating, qualifying, and scheduling well-qualified appointments/demonstrations with key decision-makers within targeted companies and territories.

  • Exceeding daily and weekly goals and delivering a high quantity of well-qualified opportunities to the senior sales team.





You Will Fit Right In If You Have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).

  • 1-3 year of experience in an outbound-focused IT cold calling/sales/support/customer service position (a plus).

  • A strong desire to gain startup experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • High motivation, a self-starting attitude, a competitive personality, and strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence.

  • The ability to learn skills that help in lead generation, appointment setting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot).

  • A passion for solving problems faced by blue-collar trades.

  • Have idea about Fire Safety , Electricals , Hvac & other blue collar trades
