Do you have a talent for excellent customer service? Consider yourself someone with effective listening and communication skills? The Oak Brook Park District has an opportunity for YOU! We're seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist with the daily operations of our Family Recreation Center. In this role, you will provide excellent service to guests, work with our recreation software and technology, handle inquiries, and support various functions within the Family Recreation Center.


This position offers up to 18 hours per week. Weekday morning shifts, weekend morning shifts, and weekday evening availability preferred.


The Front Desk Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Facility Manager at the Family Recreation Center.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:

  • Valid Illinois driver's license (Class D)
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or training provided by the Park District
  • Proficient computer skills required, including familiarity with basic office software and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
