This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the furniture industry, focusing on quality assurance, packaging design, and sustainability. In this role, you will assist in evaluating and ensuring the quality of our furniture products, evaluating and researching effective and secure packaging for international shipping, and exploring eco-friendly materials to enhance sustainability.
This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.
In This Role
  • Support the creating of 3D graphic drawings, models, and renderings using 3D scanning technology to visualize data
  • Assist in quality control inspections of furniture products
  • Support the testing and review export shipping packages
  • Research and recommend sustainable materials for product and packaging use
  • Translate data into interactive 3D formats to improve cross-functional understanding and collaboration across teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and packaging sustainability
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Exposure to 3D printing technologies and applications
