What You'll Do

• Deliver scalable platform capabilities across infrastructure, tooling, developer experience, and ML frameworks.
• Lead full SDLC: design, coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Architect cloudnative, resilient systems using microservices and containerization.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure architectural alignment.
• Build AIdriven applications with integrated ML components.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence through documentation and standards.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define requirements, success metrics, and outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Expertise in cloudnative architecture: microservices, containers, orchestration, automation.
• Strong skills in software design patterns, API design, and platform engineering.
• Experience with full SDLC, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components using Python, JavaScript, C++, Java.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and datadriven decisionmaking capabilities.
• Effective mentorship and technical leadership.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, HPC, and faulttolerant design.
• Strong database internals knowledge for SQL/NoSQL tuning and storage design.
• Expertise in securityfirst engineering and threat modeling.
• Experience with eventdriven architectures (Kafka, queues) and async processing.
• Proficiency with Cloud infrastructure and cloud automation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
