The FIX Physical Therapy / Mobility-X
Location: Jupiter, FL
Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Part-time

The FIX Physical Therapy and Mobility-X are hiring a part-time Office & Social Media Assistant.

This position includes approximately 10 hours per week at The FIX helping with scheduling, patient communication, and office management, plus 10 hours per week supporting social media marketing for The FIX and Mobility-X.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist patients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Help manage front office tasks
  • Keep the clinic schedule organized
  • Create and schedule social media posts
  • Assist with basic photos, videos, and marketing content
  • Support promotion of Mobility-X courses, workshops, and events
  • Help maintain consistent branding and communication
