This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare marketer, hospital liaison, discharge planner, case manager, social worker, or business development professional who understands the healthcare continuum and has strong connections within hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, and senior care networks.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
