What is a part time social services job?

Part time positions are ideal for people seeking work-life balance or those who may have other commitments, while still wanting to make a positive impact in society.

Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and cultural sensitivity help build trust and rapport with clients. These skills and qualities are crucial for effectively supporting individuals in need and ensuring compliance with service protocols.

What are some common challenges faced in a part time social services role, and how can I prepare for them?
