One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri-Valley
San Ramon / Danville, CA
Part-Time | 20–25 hours/week | $32/hour

The Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, creative Community Marketing Manager to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a recognizable local brand throughout the Tri-Valley.
This role is primarily focused on community events, local activations, and social media content. You’ll represent One Hour in the community, create engaging local content, and develop campaigns that keep our brand visible to homeowners.
What You’ll Do

  • Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sporting events, and community gatherings
  • Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns
  • Create short-form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other channels
  • Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team
  • Maintain a local content and event calendar
  • Track leads, engagement, and results from community marketing activities
What We’re Looking For

  • Naturally outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form video
  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events
  • Prior experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions, or community engagement is preferred
HVAC experience is not required.

Schedule & Compensation

This is a flexible, part-time role averaging 20–25 hours per week. Hours will vary based on events and campaigns, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Pay: $32/hour, based on experience, plus potential performance incentives. Approved business mileage and expenses are reimbursed.
