Position Overview

The Part-Time Social Media Coordinator will work in our Southfield office, managing day-to-day social media activities and helping to build a strong online voice for our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying ahead of social media trends, and can translate creative ideas into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
  • Create, edit, and post engaging content—images, videos, and captions—that reflect the brand identity.
  • Monitor current social media trends and recommend new strategies or platform features to enhance engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and follower interactions in a professional, timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand, or organization.
