Harrah's Laughlin is seeking a motivated, servicedriven Guest Service Expert to support the efficient operation of the restaurant. This position plays a key role in staffing in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive Caesarsstyle hospitality.

Your Role in the Spotlight

You're the front-line hero who sets the tone for every guest's experience. With a smile and hustle, you'll make sure every order is smooth, every interaction is upbeat, and every guest leaves happy.


 

 

What You'll Need

  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Certifications: SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness (Must be 21 years of age).
  • Skills: Strong English communication, computer literacy, and a knack for multitasking.

Physical & Mental Stamina

  • Stand and walk for your entire shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs
  • Work in hot/cold temps and noisy or smoky environments
  • Navigate stairs and confined spaces with ease
