Bachoco USA is seeking a Part-time Benefits Coordinator in our Fort Smith, AR Central Offices.
Summary: Answers employees' questions and records employee enrollment in benefit programs by performing the following duties.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours between working hours of 7AM-5PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Data Entry into company Systems
• Benefit Reporting using company Systems
• Experience with Excel with Pivot Tables and various other functions
• Strong communication skills - written & verbal
• Document Management - Update spreadsheets, scanning, index documents, merge documents using Word & Excel file
• Auditing Files and billing
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Certificates, licenses, registrations: Employee may be required to travel short distances occasionally. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to qualify for the company driver program.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of E-Mail software, , HR Utilities, Basic Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
