We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled care to patients in their homes in the Lake Forest, Highland Park, Glenview, Northbrook, and surrounding areas.   • Educate and empower patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises
  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

SLP Qualifications

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist, SLP license in the state you work
