Job description

East Side Veterinary Clinic is looking for a part time receptionist rockstar with potential for full time! We are looking for someone who has experience working in an animal hospital. Our ideal candidate has used Cornerstone, has worked with paper charts (but is comfortable switching to EMR as we will be making that transition in the near future), is friendly, helpful, and an excellent multi-tasker. Please submit a resume to be considered for a position.

This is a small clinic, but it is fast paced; you will stay busy and on your feet. We are looking for a team player who is flexible, willing and open to learn new things, works well with others and has a positive attitude. Working knowledge of medical terminology, writing in charts, and knowing how to discuss ailments and treatments with a wide range of clientele is needed.

Full time employees get 3 weeks PTO, matching IRA, HSA, Dental/Vision and funding towards CE. Continuing Education funding is also available for part time employees.
