Job Summary: 

As the Delivery Specialist, you are an ambassador of My Epic Gear and, where applicable, Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery are instrumental to the success of the delivery team. You will conveniently deliver ski and snowboard gear right to our members’ and guests’ doors. You will be trusted to work autonomously and efficiently while fulfilling reservations and maintaining and developing partner relationships. You will work in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always aims to exceed expectations. Most of a Specialist shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review reservation details, set up ski and snowboard gear to meet member and guest specifications, and prepare orders for delivery.
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards.
  • Act professionally and courteously while inside guest and member residences, hotels, and lodges, fitting their equipment and explaining proper, safe use.
  • Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and the gear.
  • Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency.
  • Act as manager on duty when assigned  
  • Answer any member questions regarding the My Epic Gear membership program and provide specific information about member reservations, gear, or the resort.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • You must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
  • Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
