Job description

SUMMARY: Ensures guests are Driven between properties in a safe, efficient and cheerful manner. Professional presentation at all times representing the company to our guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
  • Operates shuttle between properties to pick up and drop off guests.
  • Able to communicate with people of all levels - help guest on and off shuttles, as needed
  • Responsible for ensuring shuttle is kept clean and lost & found items are provided to lost & found appropriately.
  • Respond to front desk request for all guest pick - up to include, River Lodge, Stone Hill Lodge, Soaky Mountain Waterpark, Cabins, Villas & Wyndham locations.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Level 1
No prior experience or training
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Level 2
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Level 2
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Level 3
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
  • Tennessee Driver's License with F Endorsement or ability to obtain one within 30 days
  • Ability to be covered by and maintain company insurance

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires good negotiation and listening skills
  • Ability to act independently with little supervision
  • Requires a good understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of resort amenities, room designs
  • Good attendance and punctual
  • Exhibits professionalism
  • Exhibits good grooming habits
  • Wears the proper uniform

  • Follows all resort and department policies and standard operating procedures
  • Conducts themselves in a professional manner with a positive attitude at all times
