What You'll Do:
  • Drive Adoption - Demo the cart with customers so they will use the Caper Cart.
  • Create Buzz - Engage shoppers and introduce them to the Caper Cart experience.
  • Show & Tell - Deliver quick, fun tutorials that highlight the cart's coolest features.
  • Be the Go-To Expert - Troubleshoot on the spot and keep things running smoothly.
  • Collect Insights - Gather feedback and share it with our tech team to improve the experience.
  • Collaborate - Partner with store teams to ensure a seamless rollout.
  • Deliver WOW Moments - Provide top-tier service and leave every customer smiling.

Team Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  • Retail, Brand Ambassador, Customer Service previous experience is a plus.
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned

Working Conditions
This Retail Influencer position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with frequent walking, and to use hands and wrists regularly, including repetitive motions; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; the ability to travel via car.
