E Commerce Associate (Asheville)
The person in this role will be responsible for generating inventory listings for the online store including photographing inventory, photo editing, and uploading. Product research may be necessary for high end inventory. Fulfillment of online orders including product acquisition, packaging as needed for fragility, and creating shipping labels is also a responsibility of this role. Customer service communication on an as-needed basis. Our online store is an extension of our brick-and-mortar business and must work fluidly with front of house and stay on top of uploads.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
● High school education

● Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and co-workers

This is NOT a remote position. Offering up to 20 hours a week, must have weekend availability and flexible schedule. You would be scheduled within the hours of 9AM to 7PM.
