C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a PART-TIME SHIPPING/ROUTING CLERK to join an ambitious and growing team. C.C. Creations has been in business for 40+ years and has since grown to 500+ employees. Grow with us and be a part of our legacy in our brand new, state-of-the-art production facility!


What will you do as a Part-time Shipping/Routing Clerk?

  • Verify that box labels match work orders
  • Print shipping labels as necessary
  • Communicate with the Routing or Finishing Department if discrepancies arise
  • Re-box damaged boxes as necessary
  • Load available UPS and FedEx trailers
  • Organize EDI orders
  • Organize and maintain storage containers
  • Pull orders and place on pallets to be shipped
  • Perform quality control checks on box and pallet conditions
  • Deliver boxes to the Shipping Department
  • If certified, make deliveries locally and to our Holleman location
  • If certified, assist in the loading of LTL and Freight shipments
  • If certified, assist in maintaining overhead rack space in the warehouse
  • Consistently follow all safety and operational procedures

Additional Requirements

  • Possess a Texas Driver’s License (minimum of Class C) and a clean driving record
  • Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work primarily independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
  • Physical ability to stand on a concrete surface for entire workday
  • Physical ability with a range of motion to include bending, twisting and lifting
