Are you a shooting sports enthusiast able to give excellent customer service to our customers? Do you have retail experience or looking to get into the retail industry? Part-time opportunities for Sales Associates described below:
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED certificate preferred.
  • Prior retail or sales experience preferably the retail industry.
  • Shooting sports knowledge a plus.
  • Prior retail cashier or cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • May require Certificate of Eligibility.

Essential Functions:
  • Greets all customers.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and salesmanship.
  • Demonstrates constant awareness of firearm safety.
  • Executes all required firearms paperwork within legal parameters.
  • Provides product knowledge and helps locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and performing repetitive motions.
  • Standing and walking the entire work shift.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs, including evenings, holidays and weekends. Open for business 7 days / week.
