HillCountry Barbecue Market is seeing servers to join our staff! Hill Country isa tribute to the traditional Central Texas barbecue experience, SouthernHospitality and the artistry of Downtown Austin. We serve freshly smoked meatsevery single day, along with our rotating menu of seasonal sides, specials, anddesserts!
We are looking for experienced servers to join ourteam! Servers must have at least 2 years of experience. Experience using Aloha,serving barbecue, and working with large groups are big plusses!
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Serve guests with respect, kindness, andpunctuality
- Talk guests through our menu and cuisine
- Upsell guests on specials, cocktails, and add-ons
- Close out checks with accuracy
- Work in a team environment that includes hosts,bussers, bartenders, and managers
