Restaurant & Event Server

Located on beautiful Lake Martin, our premier country club offers exceptional hospitality, a newly renovated golf course, and an unforgettable experience for members and guests. We are seeking friendly, service-driven Dining Room Servers to join our team. This is a multi-area role, meaning team members may be scheduled in our dining outlets, member events, banquets, and special functions as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests.
  • Deliver attentive, professional service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and club events.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections to answer questions and make recommendations.
  • Accommodate member preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
  • Clear, reset, and maintain dining tables and service areas to club standards.
  • Assist with banquet and event service as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
