Janino’s Pizza is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender/Server to join our growing team. With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre.We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, preparing beverages, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
  • Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
  • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
