We're looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs to support an adult patient who needs a dedicated nurse by his side during the overnight hours. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships, providing attentive care, and having the time to focus on your patient instead of juggling multiple assignments, this could be the perfect fit.

Available Schedule: 🌙 Only 3 Nights a Week... Leaving more time for you! 🌙

If overnight shifts aren't your thing, no worries - we have days, nights, full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available across North Carolina. Let's find the right fit for you!

Why Nurses Choose IntelliChoice
  • Your Schedule, Your Way – No burnout. YOU choose your cases, shifts, and patient type (Adult or Pediatric).
  • One-on-One Care – No juggling six patients. No running through hallways. Just quality care in the home.
  • Great Pay + Benefits – Weekly pay, bonuses, and incentives for high-need cases. FREE Vitable Primary Care (telehealth, mental health coaching, prescriptions & labs for eligible full-time staff)
  • 24/7 Support – Respiratory experts + clinical team are always available (and yes, you can actually call the CEO!)
  • Growth That Matters – Ongoing training, mentorship, clinical support, and career advancement. New to trach/vent? Been a minute? We provide FULL training and support.
  • SAFETY FIRST and Always – We do a thorough intake, and inspect EVERY home before any visit. Your safety is a priority here. You meet and accept the cases you are comfortable taking.

At IntelliChoice Home Care, you're more than a nurse - you're part of a team that values compassion, transparency, and support.

What You'll Do

Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting. You'll work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Whether you're experienced with trach/vent or looking to grow your skills - we're here to support you every step of the way.

Requirements
  • Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
