The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience as a provider.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
  • Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Additionally, certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
  • In states where practice regulations permit, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
