The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Mount Olive Center in Mount Olive, NC, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. A minimum of one year of experience as a provider is essential.
The salary for this role ranges from $109,300 to $127,580 annually, complemented by an incentive compensation bonus program with no cap.

Additionally, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000!

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. The aim is to fulfill our organization’s mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner through an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, possessing a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the candidate should have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.
