We are seeking an experienced healthcare business development professional to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and grow our private-pay and veteran client base throughout San Joaquin County and surrounding communities.
Minimum Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred
✔ Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or related experience
✔ Proven track record of generating referrals, developing business, and building long-term referral relationships
✔ Strong territory management, CRM, reporting, and organizational skills
✔ Existing referral relationships within San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, or surrounding counties strongly preferred
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, veteran organizations, and community partners
• Develop and execute territory growth plans
• Conduct regular field visits, networking activities, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events
• Identify, categorize, and manage referral accounts using Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 account strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, activity reports, referral tracking, and pipeline management
• Participate in required coaching, training, and team development programs
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and service excellence goals
• Represent Shalom Family Care professionally throughout the community
