What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
- Monitor communication channels, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls from the dispatch post, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel to reported issues, priority calls, and/or service requests while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and field staff.
- Document incidents, activities, and/or unusual conditions in dispatch logs and reports, and relay pertinent information to supervisors, emergency services, and/or authorized personnel.
- Support regular and random patrol operations by tracking officer status, communicating post assignments, and helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
