???? Eagles Point Security Now Hiring: Patrol Driver (Night Shift)

Locations: Escondido and San Diego
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: $21/hr


????️ About the Role

Eagles Point Security is hiring reliable Patrol Drivers to operate in a fast-paced, route-based environment.

If you take pride in your work, stay alert throughout the night, and can operate independently without supervision, this role is for you.


???? What You’ll Do

  • Patrol multiple client properties on a structured nightly route

  • Enforce community rules (parking, noise, trespassing, disturbances)

  • Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary

  • Complete accurate, time-stamped reports using mobile software

  • Maintain assigned patrol vehicle and equipment

  • Stay on schedule and communicate delays proactively

  • Represent Eagles Point Security with professionalism at all times


What We Require (Non-Negotiable)

  • Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record (max 1 point)

  • Valid BSIS Guard Card

  • Minimum 1 year of security experience (patrol experience preferred)

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using mobile apps, GPS tracking, and report writing

  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed

  • Ability to stay awake, alert, and productive for full night shift duration

  • Must remain on duty until properly relieved or route is complete
