Caregiver (Resident Services Associate) – Part-Time 2nd Shift (With Full-Time Potential)

  • Pay: $16.10–$18.10/hour

  • Schedule: Part-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) | Rotating Weekends

Position Summary

Provides daily care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Monitor residents and report changes to the care team

  • Assist with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping

  • Respond to call bells and resident requests

  • Help residents get to meals, activities, and appointments

  • Document care and communicate with team members

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required

  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
