Job description

Responsibilities
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of bar and dining/event room, following recipes
  • Take orders; serve food and beverages
  • Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
  • Present bills, accept payments, operate POS systems, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area
  • Perform opening/closing responsibilities
  • Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures
  • Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
