About the Role
Does being out on the open road excite you? Our Delivery Drivers are a key part of the NAPA team — the people who keep our stores running smoothly and our customers happy. You’ll build real relationships with the shops and customers you serve, and no prior automotive experience is needed. We provide training and everything you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver and stock auto parts accurately and on time to wholesale customers and local businesses
  • Plan and establish efficient delivery routes
  • Pick up parts from vendors and ensure the stockroom is accurately stocked
  • Pull, sort, and stock inventory as needed
  • Handle cash transactions, returns, and tracking systems with organization and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle and pass regular safety checks
  • Operate the vehicle safely and maintain a clean driving record at all times
  • Back up in-store positions (counter, stocking, etc.) when not on deliveries
  • Part time schedule approximately 25-28 hours per week
What You’ll Need
  • Valid driver’s license and a good, clean driving record
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Hard-working attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail for inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company vehicles and assets
  • Ability to learn how to drive a manual transmission (helpful but not required at all locations)
  • No prior automotive experience needed — we will train you
