Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Barback supports bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized throughout events. This position helps ensure efficient beverage service by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, removing empty containers, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.

This role pays an hourly rate of $7.25 and is tip eligible.

  • Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies.
  • Assist bartenders with maintaining efficient beverage service.
  • Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Remove trash, empty bottles, and used glassware.
  • Refill ice bins and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  • Assist with other event duties as assigned.

  • Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
