SAP SuccessFactors - HCM ABAP-CPI Consultant
Cross Solutions is seeking US-based SAP SuccessFactors Technical consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules working with the project management team and in collaboration with the client
team, interfacing with the client, project team members, and senior management to meet both clients and company expectations. The SAP SuccessFactors Technical consultants are
expected to be a team member for large and small-scale projects as an individual contributor.
US Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required
Role and Responsibilities:
Operational
  • Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
  • Gather business/technical requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with Effective People and client teams from concept to go-live.
  • Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements.
  • Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Project Accountability
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s).
  • Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream.
  • Obtain required approvals (e.g. requirements, workbooks, testing results, etc.).
Project Execution
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports.
  • Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source.
  • Perform final review of deliverables.
  • Deliver quality solutions.
  • Ensure their deliverables are on time and on/under budget.
  • Identify and communicate project risks.
  • Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience.
  • Knowledge of the SAP ABAP programming language is a must.
  • Experienced with ECC BIB (Infoporter) and ECC Replications.
  • Experienced with ECP Replications.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors CPI and API integrations.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects and ABAP Workbench
  • Participating in the full software development life cycle is a must from concept and design to testing, deployment and maintenance.
  • Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.
  • Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends.
  • Requirements gathering from business users and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of Design, code, test and document new features and functionality.
  • Detailed and results-oriented individuals take the initiative to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate with team members and customers concisely and confidently, both verbal and written.
  • Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations.
  • US Citizen or Green Card with the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% travel, which may at times be required.
Preferred:
  • Experience With Other SAP Technologies, Such As Business Objects

  • Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules.
