We are seeking motivated and driven individual to support the growth and scaling of our eCommerce customer base. As a B2B Sales, part-time team member, you will play a key role in expanding our market reach, acquiring new customers, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This temporary position offers hands-on experience in eCommerce business development, market research, sales strategy, and performance tracking. We are only able to hire candidates residing in WA for this position at this time. This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. Potential monthly earnings can reach up to $6,500 or more, depending on sales performance.

Essential Job Functions:

Add New Customers:

  • Acquire new DSSI/Coupa customers.
  • Achieve sales of 300+ cases of 1st Choice products per month by 12/31.

Market Research & Performance Reporting:

  • Conduct market research and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Present monthly updates on market research, lead sourcing, and active opportunities in strategic segments.

Sales Presentations & Demos:

  • Support the creation and enhancement of sales presentations and product demos.
  • Improve the effectiveness of sales materials for strategic business opportunities.

Progress Tracking & Reporting:

  • Implement a system to track and monitor progress toward sales goals.
  • Launch automated performance reporting using Salesforce/PowerBI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recent graduate with an MBA with a focus on sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, sales strategy, and business growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities.
  • Requires fluency in English with good verbal and written skills.
  • Must be able to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and staff in a diverse, global environment.
  • Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite of software.
