Job description

CL Support Services is looking for an On-Site Part-Time Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be setting up service appointments and responding to online requests for customers looking to repair their home's foundation and other related services.
At CL Support Services, we strive to deliver the best HR, IT, Customer Service, Accounting, and Risk Management to Olshan Foundation Solutions and other construction companies so they can grow profitably and sustainably. We have a dedicated, family-oriented, integrity-filled team continuously improving to achieve new heights in our industry!
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outbound customer service phone support for client locations in multiple states
  • Respond in real-time to new online service appointment requests by contacting the customer by phone, text, chat, or email, no cold calling
  • Accurately schedule customer appointments for free foundation repair inspections using the Salesforce CRM system
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone by answering customer questions

Requirements:
  • 1 year of previous call center, dispatch, appointment setting, or general customer service experience is required to be successful in this role
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal communication, writing, and profficient typing skills
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a favorable background
  • Must be able to work Monday-Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and able to work some Saturdays from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
