As the Program Manager, you will:

  • Lead student recruitment and selection campaigns across Nashville schools.
  • Design and manage the summer training, internship, and alumni programs along with ongoing workshops or events for program staff and young professionals.
  • Coach and develop Program Coordinators and part-time staff for high-quality program delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with school administrators and community organizations and corporate partners to recruit our target demographic, provide meaningful internship experiences, and support students with post-secondary success.
  • Tracking and analyzing program data to identify trends and improve stakeholder outcomes, program budgets, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Working closely with the national program team and participating in cross-site collaboration calls to align local strategies with organizational goals.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.

Compensation
