Program Delivery Manager, Lead
The Opportunity:
The CIO Enterprise Platforms organization is seeking a Program Delivery Manager, Lead to drive delivery excellence across a varied portfolio of enterprise technologies, platforms, and strategic transformation initiatives. This leader will oversee complex, multi-team programs, ensuring alignment to CIO priorities, predictable execution, platform reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery professional with experience orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing enterprise platforms, driving modernization, and operating in fast-paced environments with high stakeholder visibility. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major programs within the Enterprise Platforms portfolio such as M365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack.
  • Manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and dependencies in alignment with CIO priorities.
  • Ensure delivery predictability, platform stability, and adoption through structured delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and disciplined program governance.
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface between platform teams, cross-enterprise stakeholders, CIO leadership, and external partners.
  • Facilitate program reviews, executive briefings, and delivery dashboards to articulate progress, risks, and required decisions.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Cyber, ETSS portfolios, Business Systems, and architecture teams to orchestrate cross-team efforts and interdependencies.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience with program or project management within technology, enterprise platforms, or IT operations
  • Experience leading large-scale programs with complex dependencies, multiple teams, and executive visibility
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe, enterprise delivery frameworks, and modern collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Experience managing risk, financials, and resource allocation for multi-disciplinary programs
  • Experience with Platform lifecycle management, risk and dependency management, and change management
  • Experience with strategic program planning
  • Experience with Agile delivery
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working in or supporting CIO or Enterprise Technology organizations
  • Experience with enterprise modernization efforts including cloud migrations, platform rationalization, AI adoption, and automation
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or Salesforce

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
