Job description

Position Title: Dining Staff
Status: Part Time
Positions available: Caterer, Cook, Dishwasher, & Floater (pay dependent on position)
Position Summary: The Dining Staff position will organize and serve buffet style meals for campers, guests, and employees.
This position is connected to the faith and mission of the camp and moves forward the mission and vision of UCYC.
Responsibilities: (Vary by role)
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures marking the date on them
  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures
  • Coordinate food preparation with other dining staff
  • Properly use dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
  • Maintain UCYC's safety and sanitation standards
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire date
  • Must be able to lift 30+ pounds
